Not satisfied with a purchase.
After receiving your online purchase you have 14 days to view, fit and evaluate your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you can make this known to us within these 14 days by filling in the return form.
For a quick and correct handling of the return, we ask you to take the following into account:
Use the return form.
Complete the form, print it out and add it to the products to be returned in the package. Stick the return label on the package and deliver it to a courier service of your choice.
Take shipping costs into account.
When returning the entire order, you will receive the purchase amount including our shipping costs. If you return part of the order, you will only receive the purchase amount in return.
Visibly worn clothing will not be accepted
When returned product (s) are visibly worn, or because of you are contaminated or damaged, we may refuse your returns and deduct the costs from the return amount.
Please note: the above does not apply to custom products. Products made with our online designer or with unique additions (for example, with name and / or back number) cannot be returned, unless the product is damaged by us or has an incorrect print. In that case, after making this known by e-mail, you can return the product at our expense and you will receive a replacement item from us or, in consultation, the purchase amount returned.
Returns will only be processed if properly addressed.
To return products, you must follow the return label of the logistics depot of RAW&SILK. We cannot handle returns that are sent to another address. If you accidentally use a different address, this is entirely at your own risk
